# Overview

## Introduction

GLPI is the central open-source tool for managing your IT services such as ticketing, incident and change management, contracts, etc. It also allows you to manage your IT assets by inventorying your PCs, switches, phones, printers, etc. in a simple and clear way.

This documentation aims to provide an overview of GLPI for both end-users and administrators.
